I highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake that was in the fall edition of the Kraft magazine (Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake). I have not tried to freeze it but would give it a try it was tasty.

Freezable Cheesecake

Hey I need some help. Every year I get to bring desert to our family christmas dinner. This year it falls the same weekend as my husbands office party. I need an amazing cheesecake recipe that I can make about 3 days ahead of time and freeze and it has to travel about 300 km.

Any ideas?????
