My friends come to me for my kitchen expertise in .. Finding recipes--I have a large collection of cook books here at home and at our cottage(many of my books are very old from the 30's and 40's) and with the computer I can always find what is needed.
My biggest challenge in the kitchen is ... Cooking a variety--Especially vegetables.Also my son is allergic to poultry so I sometimes have to have an alternate for him.
My inspiration in the kitchen comes from ... My husband --he enjoys food and will try anything!!! He loves it when I try new recipes and is never critical. The worst thing he says is "well that was nice for a change"
My favourite Kraft product is ... ANY and all cheese
